DataPilot
DataPilot, the first of its kind, is a software suite that enables mobile phone users with the ability to transfer contact information to and from any PC. DataPilot can also transfer information from your mobile phone to your PDA via desktop or laptop. You can easily add, edit and delete new and existing contact information. DataPilot Transfer Center
DataPilot® Transfer Center is a software solution aimed at transferring contact information from one handset to another for customers of the wireless cell phone stores. The solution allows cellular stores to capitalize on the Wireless Local Number Portability Act by (WLNP) providing their customers with the possibility of transferring contact information from their old cell phone to the new one during the number portability process.
DataPilot® Transfer Center delivers to stores and mobile operators improved customer satisfaction, lower customer churn rates and the possibility to create revenue streams from charging end-users for such a service. The end-user is now able to avoid the hassle of typing all the contact information by hand, and to save or request a copy of the address book information in case he loses or breaks his cell phone.
The product is the result of streamlining the DataPilots'® Phone Book Manager for smooth auto detection of the models and easy-to-use functionality for quick transfer of contacts from one phone to the next. Its competitive advantage consists in the modular cable design that gives the flexibility of easily interchanging phone connectors without the need of plugging in/out USB connectors from PC when changing phones.
